Returns or Exchanges will be done according to the retailer’s return policies. We gladly accept any unused items purchased on

If you wish to return any item (within 48 hours), send your request to the customer service department at [email protected], specifying the following information:

  •  order number, 
  • product to be returned, 
  • reason for the return.

Products returned should be presented in their original packaging without having been used.

We cannot accept items that have been opened. 

If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be included.

The shipping costs related to the return of your products remain at your expense.

Accepted reasons for return: 

  • Mistakenly sent items
  • Defective products


In case you want a refund after receiving the tracking number, you have to wait until your parcel is delivered to your address and then you have to ship it back to our address at your own expense during one week after delivery, and once we receive the package closed and stamped, we will proceed with the refund operation during 48 hours.
